The Bodhidharma Foundation of America, Inc. (TBFOA) is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, Incorporated in California on September 13, 2006. On October 11, 2006, TBFOA received confirmation of its tax exempt status under Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c)(3). TBFOA is registered as a Charitable Trust by the Attorney General, California Department of Justice. We are actively seeking your tax deductable donation of cash, securities, and/or Bodhidharma artwork in order to further our mission. All contributions of any amount are welcome and appreciated.
